 We want you to be happy with your online purchase. If you are unhappy with an item you receive, you may return it within 14 days for an exchange or credit card refund. Items must be in new condition with the tags attached.
Please email us at divineinfo@gondwanashop.com with your order number and items to be returned. We will reply with your return authorization number. Please fill out the return/exchange form and enclose with your item(s). If you are exchanging an item, there will be no additional shipping charge for your new item.
We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. You may want to use a carrier that has tracking. Sorry we cannot refund any shipping charges and items must be properly packaged for full credit.
